What VC games do you own?

I'm sure we once had a thread in which we listed the games we downloaded on the Virtual Console channel but after a brief search, I no longer believe it is with us anymore so I thought I can start a new one especially since the VC catalogue has been expanding steadily over the past few months.

You can work out how much you have spent as for every 1000 Wii-points you spent cost ?7 so N64 games are ?7, SNES and Mega-Dribe games are ?5.60, PC Engine games are ?4.20 and last but not least, NES games are ?3.50 - this might make you feel bad if you have downloaded more games than you anticipated!

    Myself:

N64 | Super Mario 64, Mario Kart 64 and Zelda: Ocarina of Time
SNES | Donkey Kong Country, Super Castlevania IV and Super Mario World
NES | Super Mario Bros. and Kirby?s Adventure
    Mega-Drive | Sonic the Hedgehog
    PC Engine | Alien Crush

    ?56 (8000 Wii-points) spent so far.

Not bad if I say so myself.

      SNES: Super Mario World
      • Controls are broken when using the GameCube controller
      • Doesn't work on my TV via component cable
Mega Drive: Dr Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine (my partner and I love Puyo Puyo!)
      • Doesn't work on my TV via component cable
It'll be a long time until I buy another VC title!

        N64: Mario 64
        SNES: Castlevania IV
        TG16: Dragons Curse

And that's it, I've gone easy on them because I know how easy it is to spend loads without realising - and I'm still waiting for some SNES RPGs! Under ?15 (in USD) spent.

not bought dr robotniks mbm but super mario world works fine on my tv through component and thats why you buy a classic controller. its a really nice controller and very functional.

I have no doubts that Nintendo would like me to buy a Classic Controller, but I have enough controllers sitting around the TV area. Besides, the Shop Channel says the NGC controller is compatible - technically yes, but practically no.

SNES - DK Country, Super Probotector

Have points left for some more - will get LttP and Mario World next, most probably.

Sounds like you need to import.

N64: Mario Kart 64, Lylat Wars
SNES: Zelda:LTTP, Super Castlevania IV, Super Mario World,R-Type III, Actraiser, Legend of the Mystical Ninja
                    Megadrive: Gunstar Heroes
PC Engine: R-Type, Bonk's Adventure, Super Star Soldier, Bomberman 93, Soldier Blade, Splatterhouse
NES: Gradius, Super Mario Bros, Kirby's Adventure, Punch Out, Castlevania, Kid Icarus, TMNT

I've been taking advantage of GAME's 8 quid when bought with deal, so I pick up 4000 points for 18 quid, not too shabby tbh. I don't have any trouble with VC games through Component on my PAL Wii either which is nice.

Does anyone know how many virtual console games you can fit on the Wii?

Worst case scenario; all giant n64 games with fmv like Resi 2.

Yeah, fortunately Nintendo did just three weeks ago buy solution for using external, USB based mass storage devices with Nintendo Wii from eSOL. It means that we are going to see support for other devices sooner or later.
