Attention people who bought a PS3 from Gamestation (Free ?25 Credit)

Don't think this has been posted here, hope it's of use to a few of you

If you bought your PS3 from a Gamestation store either in person or via there online service, between launch and when they dropped their price, take your receipt in store or email it to them and they will give you £25 off any game or accessory you want.

Dont let the sales assistant fob you off though, I spoke to their head office, they advised me that if I had ANY problems getting my £25 credit ask the store manager to ring Head Office and they would sort it there and then in store..

Guess so, noticed at lunchtime (instore) they are now doing PS3 with a blu-ray movie for £399.

Yeah, I think it's to comply with some little bit of UK legislation that states is a brand new release product is reduced within it's first 3 months of release, purchasers paying the higher price are entitled to a refund or at the very least goods and merchandise of a similar value.

Doesn't include games themselves like but thats the reason microsoft were so "nice" as to give 2 games and a second controller to Xbox owners who paid ?299.99, and I believe Nintendo gave a pad and MArio Kart 64 (to those who actually knew of the offer) when the N64 had a prompt price slash.

That deal is only valid if you trade in any game towards the PS3.

Or buy a used copy of the 50 Cent game on the Xbox for £1.99 before picking up a PS3.

Just rang my gamestation store, they said that the price is back up so they can no longer give out the £25 credit. So how do i get this?
