Playstation store payment changes

Has anybody else had this problem:

I used to be able to buy stuff from the playstation store using my HK account and Visa. This no longer works. I have also tried using my Mastercard, but this doesn't work either. It didn't use to match the address to the card, but it seems it now does.

Is it just me, or has anyone else been locked out from buying anything?

I've never been able to buy outside of the UK store using Visa due to address matching.

The Hong Kong store originally used to allow purchases without address matching. I have used Visa and Master card previously with no issues. It's annoying that they suddenly changed their minds about this though. Part of the allure for me was being able to download stuff that the UK store will get months later, or in some cases never get.
