No font sizing options either.

This is what annoyed me the most with the previous update.
Very annoyed that they didn't fix it because I gathered everyone else was as pissed off as I was when they changed it.

I love that they've given you an option to change the backdrop to your profile in the friends list, but made that decision affect everyone else. Now I'll have a multicolour group of unnecessarily large boxes instead of just grey!

No font sizing options either.

EDIT: Just noticed that it only borders the friend you have highlighted, which is actually much better.

I'm happy with the boxes now. Would be nice to have a text resize option though.

Sites have been trying to get confirmation concerning the screens Eurogamer seem to pretty much have confirmation.

The official Sony UK PR line is that there will be more information on this "very shortly".

People are suggesting that new firmware will be released next week but it seems to include things such as support for the Polish language visual improvements on the XMB which I suppose includes those coloured gamer card things but with a bit of luck will include the option to remove those those boxes on the friends list.
