Damn. So there is really no way to buy something from the US store at the moment?? I mean, if you are from Europe and haven't registered a Wirecard with PSN...

Nope - unless you have an American billing address Steve.

So whats the deal with this now then with with new members will it work with wirecard or no as Ive got Rock band cometh?

Apparently not (as I understand it), unless your card is registered with an American billing address it's a no-no.

Hopefully American PSN Cards aren't too far away.

Cheers, saves me spending hours scanning stuff and sending then. Guess will have to wait for either PAL version solus or PSN cards.

So there is no way of getting piyotama until it goes onto the UK store(is it due).

Was planning on getting this when i got a ps3 in the next few weeks.

I'm still using Wirecard to add funds to the US store, added some last night no trouble at all. Only address on my Wirecard account is my UK one, PSN account is registered to a real fake address in the US. Same way I've been doing it since Wirecard was suggested.

Not unless you get some JP PSN points. Have alook for Kryss in the sellers section.

Well Wirecard pretty much ****ed me over so add me to the list of folks looking for an alternative method of adding funds to a US account. Sony have added an option for using prepaid PSN cards on the US PSN despite the fact that they are only available in Japan, has anyone tried using japanese points cards for US PSN purchases?.

How did Wirecard **** you over, out of curiosity?

To be fair, it does say when you apply that you can only have one account and they have the authority to close them if you break the agreement.

They terminated my active account and blacklisted me for applying for another account previously.

I only had one active account though the first time I tried to start one up they didn't come through with the activation code hence why I applied for another at a later date. Their online customer service is pretty pants as well, they were quick enough to send me a message telling me my account was canned but couldn't reply to my queries as to why, had to phone their German call centre for that privelage.

                            **** em tbh

I've had wirecard for months - is it dead for US purchases now ? I don't want to waste coin obviously.

I think if your Wirecard details are already active on PSN you're fine.

The difficulty appears to be tieing a new Wirecard account to the PSN.
