    It's great. No complaints!

Spending more time with Nintendo's hand-held than anything else these days.

Just waiting on Shinyaku Seiken Densetsu.

Sorry for being a little slow, but is this SMB3? If so, I'm importing ASAP

Super Mario Advance 4 is indeed a souped up Mario Bros 3 (nes)

It's pretty cool. I can't remember the NES one (and am too lazy to find a rom and emu) but when I save and quit back to the titlescreen I can restart on a level I just completed, but when I turn off and turn on I can only restart at the last castle I completed, was it always like that?

Anyway, cool game, I'll enjoy playing through it again but where's Nintendo with an original 2D Mario?

Damn you Japanese people, I *need* this asap!

It's either learn japanese, or wait for an english one. The first option has never seemed so appealing

It's mario, so it'll be fine in Japanese.

SMB3 comes very close to the magnificance of Mario World, so it really is a must-get game. Some even rate it higher than SMW, which is an accolade that not many other games have

The GBA version is a very good update, i just dont know what everyone sees in it. Personally I cant stand the game.

I'm with Kirby slightly here.... I personally never really enjoyed it too much. Super Mario World is where my heart is...

Still though, i do have some fine memories of the game and that i wouldn't trade for anything. It just never really gripped me like the other mario games did...

Question: Are there many additions to the GBA conversion? Extra sounds or animations etc?

I'm sure some of the block layouts are slightly different in the GBA version. To be honest i dont think it controls as well as the SNES version, it feels..wrong somehow.

Other than that it's pretty much identical to the SNES version. As far as i can tell the only thing they've added is silly cheesy Mario speech. "Aha, thatsa what i a needed", "mama mia" etc etc.
