Rambo = Goldenaxe

Watched Rambo First Blood lastnight. Im sure I recognised a couple of the sound effects from Goldenaxe..the first when the guy falls from the helicopter and the second when rambo ambushes the ginger haired fellow.

Can anyone confirm?

I used play alot of Total Annihilation and loads of the sound effects get used in movies. The sound of a Bertha cannon in Tenacious D's "Best Song in the World" is on that comes to mind.

The most over-used sample I've ever heard is the door-sliding noise from Doom. Since then, it's been in loads of films and games. Must of been on an FX CD that they all used.

playing one of my fave games of all time the other nite , ik+ on amiga anyway , i am 99% sure the sound effects are the same as on bruce lees enter the dragon , check it out !!!

I've noticed a certain cheesy solider screaming noise used all over the place, from the original Command & Conquer to Metal Gear Solid and a lot of TV and film stuff
