There's been a fair few changes since the JPN version it seems - I wonder if it's using a later graphical build?

Subaru made a pod for GT5P, letting one drive their new Impreza. It moves about, has 3 screens and features old steam engine choo choo noises for added effect.

Maybe it's just the wrong picture put that pod has GT4 running on it with what looks like the Taihiti Maze track.

Wonder if the wing mirrors work on the subaru pod or will they be reversed too?

I own the Japanese version but is it worth buying the UK release this week? 50 cars and 5 tracks, can't remember but how many are in the JPN version?

5 tracks and over 50 cars in JPN version and 6 tracks (High Speed Ring has been added) and over 70 cars (including last year's Ferrari F1 car, the F12007) in the PAL version.

I think it's 71 cars for PAL version.

A little interview with GT5's dad over at Eurogamer. He says another major update for Prologue is due which will include community features such as friend list and also damage. He says he could only play Forza 2 for 5mins because he can't stand some of the low level quality in it (eh?). Also, GT PSP is still in development...

More like a hardcore graphics whore.
If he was hardcore with his racing the game would actually START off with a damage model and not have to be implemented later.

He's so hardcore he uses the D-Pad and Face buttons to play.

Another predictably silly comment from Yamauchi really.

On the bright side though, at least we know who it was who actually bought that one copy of Forza 2 that was sold in Japan now!

He didn't even say anything about Forza?

Can't wait for the damage modelling. Wonder if they'll just include a standard damage simulation, or will they base it from actual crash tests.
