Are the points supposed to be emailed instantly or how long does it normally take?

Just made an order a while ago and only got a google verification email but thats it? Not even a receipt :S

I Just placed an order (No 14440) for 2100 MS points but my order was declined and the payment refunded why is that so ? I even made sure this time that my paypal's address matches my gamepointsnow account, My previous order for Wii points went flawlessly.

So why have you declined my order again ?

I had a similar situation with PSN points ( 5000 ). Seems they were out of stock, but the website had not been updated. So the order went through , Paypal payment processed and refunded immediately. Now I've got to wait 3-5 working days for the payment to by credits back to my card.

It seems they don't like to accept Paypal as a method of payment, so why offer it in the first place

to be fair, it does explain fully on the site the process the you need to go through to become a verified member if you want to use PayPal.

In order to pay by Paypal, we will need to verify your address by physically sending a letter containing a membership verification code. I'm already verified with them through the verification letter system but they still decline my order, I also made sure that my Paypal address matches the one that is registered with gamepointsnow

I sell stuff on eBay from time to time and get paid on my Paypal account so I prefer to buy the points directly using my Paypal balance.

i ordered 2100 ms points but the code doesnt work, this seems like more pain then its worth now i have to wait around for them to sort it out should have just bought it on my xbox its only ?17.00 for 2000 points so there not even really cheaper

Unfortunately, this batch of codes was not activated by Microsoft and so cannot be redeemed. The codes in question are in ?Lips? packaging and you can see reports of the problems affecting this batch on other internet forums. We are awaiting an official response from Microsoft and will have a solution for you by the end of today.
