You can now buy codes instantly again with Google Checkout. You don't need to wait for your account to be activated, they're just instantly emailed to you after you've paid.

On the 15th and 16th of February, I paid using Google Checkout for two Xbox Live 2100 points codes which were supposed to be sent to my email address instantly but I still didn't receive them. Tried ringing them at their phone number but nobody replies

Hi, I had them sent to my hotmail and they ended up in the junk mail, so it may be worth looking there.
