Last night I spent way too much time trying to get a torpedo to shoot out of a sub in Viewtiful Joe, when all I had to was go up it on the other side, then use it to go up a level. I kept thinking I had to launch the damn thing and that would lead me out.

I experienced the same thing this morning. The clock was running and I kept punching the tropedo for two minutes or so while all I had to do was uppercut the damn thing ft:

Things like this happen to me a lot and it's also one of the reasons why I don't finish games like Zelda Wind Waker and Metroid Prime. There's always something I overlook.
