Well the achievements are up, so let's hope this is out soon.

Beat Emerald Hill Zone 1 in under 35 seconds in single-player or co-op mode

Co-op mode? Or does this mean vs mode? It would be cool if there is some kind of online co-op play with Sonic and Tails.

It was co-op back in the day though tails got left behind if he didn't keep up but it was quite fun.

If it's local co-op then meh, but if it's LIVE co-op then ****ing YEA!!!!!

Yeah that's what I mean, would be brill!

The local co-op mode was just a little added extra because Tails doesn't stay on the screen. But online co-op would be mega!

I expect it just means someone being tails, you couldn't do much though, and couldnt keep up often.

I'm gonna go for the Wii version (or maybe both) as you can use cheats like super sonic/level select etc.

I hope you arent gonna get the Wii version if its a PAL machine you have, its pretty horrible.

I bought it on the VC but will have to get it on this too becuase I cant stand the slowdown.

I've battered this tonight/this morning since 1am

Got the all chaos emeralds acheivement on the way too (which was swine )

It's still a mint game, uses the same SEGA vintage collection emulator, so you get the usual settings of full screen and smoothing option.

hmmm,is strange that i was able to download this at 1am this morning but now it's nowhere to be seen.Oh well,guess it will pop back up at 9am for everybody else to download.

It isn't appearing anywhere other than in Featured Downloads and even then it is just the trial.

You can get the full game if you get the trial and then unlock it through that.

Well, anyone else tried the online Vs ??? Had significant lag on mine that rendered the game, certainly not unplayable, but down to luck and good knowledge of the track.
Won a few but lets hope the lag is more teething issues than long term problem.
Single player is still mint tho !

Well, it appears that if you host a game lag is non-existant (I also confirmed the other guys weren't getting any).

Oh yeah - 6 wins and 0 losses and 2nd in the (168 enteries) world. 1st place would have been mine but had to come back to work.

Loving it and finally a game that I am as FINALLY as good as I remember at =)

Well that's all the single player achievements done in one sitting. Easy peasy. My Death Egg time of 1:05 was poor though.

Hosted a game on this earlier, a guy in austalia said he was having horrible lag, he didnt have a chance really.

I couldnt find any games to join to try and see if i have lag though.

After playing the crappy PAL Wii version of this its great to play it at full speed (also there dosent seem to be slowdown in the verses stages) though its made the game a bit harder, I actualy got stuck on the casino boss for a bit becuase im not use to it being that fast.

Also im not really a sonic expert as I was really a mario kid, how the hell am i suppose to finish chemical zone act 1 in 45 seconds? it takes me well over a minute.... guess over all I'm a bit crap really.

At the start take the bottom route, and 10 seconds in you'll meet a red spring on the wall facing you after the loop, jump over it. That's the quick route.
