Help!!! Before I Snap the Disc

Can anyone help?

Going through my back log of games and i am currently playing Viewtiful Joe 2 on PS2.

I am currently stuck on the game where you have too destroy 3 switches on a moving carriage.

Have used Joe to slow the soldiers down and switched to Sylvia to break the 2 switches on the side of the carriage, but cannot suss out what i am supposed to do with the top one. Have tried to do the downward power smash but that doesn't seem to work either.

Any one got any tips or this disc may well be the first unpowered object in space.

I can't remember but these might help?

Slow-zoom and jump twice to push it?
if the enemies dont reach the switch try confusing them first but dodging a move and then Slow and punch up they go alot further
