    360 4-player same-screen multiplayer games?

    Hiya.

Is there anywhere that lists what games are same-screen multiplayer?

Some mates and I want to replicate the fun of Goldeneye but on a modern console.

I can think of GRAW off the top of my head, but are PDZ, Halo 3 and any others able to cope with 4 players on the same screen?

Any suggestions of split-screen games you've really enjoyed? 360 mainly, but I've got a PS3 too if there's anything I've missed.

    Cheers!

Halo3 and PDZ both are - Halo3 will be far & away the best fun 4 player split though.

Sports games are usually good for it too !!!

    You've got 4 x PS3 pads ? ><

Ha ha, no I've only got one PS3 pad, but I think my chum has at least 2.

Thanks for the Halo 3 confirmation. We'll probably start with that one then. I've resisted buying this month, but I'm getting it next month for defo!

      Cheers Yosh!

      Any others, people?

I'm pretty sure you can do it in FarCry Instincts Predator. EDGE described it as a "noble alternative to Halo" and I would probably agree. The best thing about it is the map editor - you can create vast spaces on which to fight. Best of all is the water - you can create islands and rivers. It's pretty cheap, too - you should be able to get a copy for less than ?10...

Actually, seems to be sold out in most places online.

Deathrow is a great game (kinda 3D speedball but it's not really so don't go into it expecting that) and I think it can do 4player !

              xbox1 might run on 360 though !

Never really understood how games like Goldeneye were playable like that as being able to see everyone elses screen always ruined it for me. What's the point in trying to sniper him? He can see where I'm hiding

Stick a big bit of cardboard to the television like this + and poke your heads in each corner.

I can attest that I've played 3-player slayer on a single TV and the gibbons I was playing with couldn't work out where I was or see me sneaking up on them with the gravity hammer.

Of course, it was a miracle that gibbons could even pick up a pad. They have opposable thumbs, but they're veeery very small.

You can even have 4 of you on the same screen while playing other people on Live. Works really well.

Mashed, and the semi sequel are craploads of fun with 4 players. All on the same screen too with no split.

The WWF games are a good laugh. Pretending to team up with one of your mates, and then cracking him over the head with a steel chair
