Initial D - not necessarily driving down mountains trying ridiculous drifts but it made me want to learn to drive. Getting my first lesson next week.

I'd really love to live in the village in the Gamecube version of Harvest Moon, it's the seaside, it's the country, there's a town somewhere. Not as the main character though, but I could handle being the hippy in the teepee

I was playing Carmageddon and the original GTA when I was learning, not your best influences

Jumping out of planes in Just Cause. With the exception of Oblivion, that was one of the first moments which distinguished this generation from the previous one to me. The sense of distance and scale was awe-inducing.

Even though I'd like to, I'm too weak to do it in real life - I'd either crap or piss myself, and well, it's not exactly a life ambition for own waste to be airborne. :P

            Any H game, for sure.
And any military flight simulation, too.
Well, anything where you fly things, shooting is an option.
Mechas are an other good thing too.

I had the Guitar Hero and Skate love too, although I've embarked on neither

The one longing I've had in any game so far is thanks to Monkey Island, I SO SO SO want to live out in those islands, perhaps making Melee island my base.

If they were real I'd be off there in a shot.

Whilst the basic gameplay was very standard stuff, the technology and scale of the game gives it that 'next-gen' feeling to it and is the only game I reckon deserves the tagline as shallow as it sounds.

The moment I took one of those jumbo jets to the roof of the game sky, I jumped out to dive through lots of cloud cover before being greeted to a majestic sunrise; it was one of those very few moments in my gaming life that nearly made me cry.

It was too beautiful for words.

                          EDF of course.

I'm half-hoping for the giant bug invasion so I can strap an unlimted-ammo rocket launcher to my arm and join in some macho chanting.

                          EDF! EDF! EDF!

Oh yeah, and Fatty's been killed...

                              Forza and F1

Shadow of the Collossus is also a good one, I mean when you fall off frm the top of their heads, you don't break a bone! Though its quite evil when you kill the monsters, doubt I would want to feel bad

Splinter Cell inspired me to stalk around in the dark without been seen on the way back from the pub and Nights has led me to a weird condition whereby when I'm walking through town, I quickly 'weave' through crowds of people as slickly as possible.
