Arcadia Magazine (getting a hold of?)

Anybody on here know how to get hold of this rag? The website says they'll ship it outside Japan, but when i emailed them to order it they told me they couldn't GRR...

This months' ish has DEATHSMILES on the cover, so i just MUST HAVE IT!.

I've emailed hobbylink Japan and CDJapan to see if they can sort me out, but in the meantime i was wondering if any of you peeps on here get it regularly and from where. Surely one of you MUST get it.
