PAL/US Brain Training differences?

Are there any? Is it wise to buy a US version for my son or will it be all "fender" and "mom"?

there is a change game in the 2nd version that is far harder to do with US coins & currency than english.

Yeah, I got the black and red edition DS that had Brain Age 2 with it in the bundle a couple of weeks ago. The only thing that's been a problem is working out the coin values, but once you figure it out it's fine.
