Good to see it's getting good reviews though!

The new look is really growing on me, but there's one thing I just don't get - why do certain review titles have an asterisk next to them for no apparent reason?
I also noticed that, in the top right hand corner of the reviews pages, they have a little 'look back' line telling you when and where the game last appeared, i.e. previewed in issue 60, page XX. Quite a nice idea that.

Now I've seen the retail pack, it's completely different (in terms of card structure, which is far more balanced) so I wouldn't be surprised if you see a lot of reviews all over that differ greatly from the final product.

I simply said the cards in the retail pack are better balanced. If Sony changed the final cards, it's not the fault of gamesTM or any other magazine. In a way you can see it as a good thing as it means Sony quite possibly responded to feedback from early reviews/playtesting etc and made the game far more balanced.

Well, you said that Games TM (and others) reviewed something different to the retail version? So surely it was unfinished? Good that Sony did respond to critics, but bad of Games TM (and others) to print a misleading review as it's based on a game that's different to the one in the shops. Surely should have held off and done another review of the finished/retail product?
(Glad you understood what my gibberish meant by the way!)

It dosent suprise me in the least that Fifa scored higher than PES as this year it is a better game. Though thats more to do with how bad PES is than how good Fifa is.
Ratchet and Clank score seems pretty low though, im guessing they dont like the low difficulty/lack of originality asspect? Only played the demo but thought it was very funLast edited by rmoxon; 31-10-2007, 16:58.
