Final Fantasy Tactics War of the Lion's Help (Spoilers)

I am just at a battle with Wiegraf on Chapter 3 where you fight him in human form then as the beast and I keep getting owned! any hints?

Level up before you start the mission before it (and if you've not been rotating your saves, erm, ouch).

I found having Ramza as a priest and dropping holy on him worked rather well. Although you'll need to have someone ready to toss an ether on Ramza once Wiegraf changes form so you can do it again.

Thanks, I am about to chuck my psp out the window!
I can beat the human form with a couple of lightning's and he leaves me with 1hp lol
Soon as he changes I am trying to wipe out the 3 other guys before I concentrate all my fire power on him.
Yes I have a save before *Phew* I will try and level up a bit more but I have levelled up so much already!
