Uncharted UK demo - doesn't work on Jap PS3 ?

I know they had a lot of problems with the US demo running on European PS3s. but looks like they've got a similar problem with the UK demo not running on Jap PS3s. Tried to download and install twice, but when I run it, just get a blank screen after the PLAYSTATION3 logo, then I have to reset the ps3.

Anybody else experianced this ?

Never had a problem with other demos or full retail games

The US Demo was made region free the next day, suggest you download that one.

true, but then I've got to go through the laugh of setting up a fake US account with a credit card, which I'm not keen on. Just seems a bit mickey mouse if you ask me for a console that's meant to be region free.

Can't you just set up a US account without credit card details. I just want to download the demos not buy anything...

You dont need a credit card for any of the stores - its an option.

yep. us version worked fine. Looks like they mucked up the european demo release as it's not multi region. Nice game and looking forward to getting it.
