DHL redirecting question

hello!

I ordered a wii and it has been sent by DHL. The package arrived but due to me having a job I wasnt there to pick it up and so i rang them up to get it redirected to my work place but the sirly and ignorant woman on the phone said that I could only redirect it using the website.

Now, i don't know if its me being stupid (I certainly wouldn't rule it out) but I can't, for the life of me, see anywhere on their website that will allow me to perform this particular action.

Why on earth they won't deliver on a saturday is beyond me. how can a working man possibly use their service?

any help here would be really appreciated.

Did you try putting the tracking number in and finding options on the next screen?

Been a while since I used them, but last time, they wouldn't even give me the option of sending to another address. Not really helping out much, but you're getting a sympathy vote from me. DHL, Walsh Western (for DELL machines)... unless your workplace allows you to accept deliveries, they are pointless for anyone working 9-5.

Most couriers won't deliver on Saturdays. Just pick it up from the depot.
