Metal Gear Solid 4 - PS3 - If this doesn't sell PS3, nothing will!

Street Fighter 2 HD Remix - 360/PS3 - Probably my most anticipated game next year. Lets hope they get the netcode right to avoid all the cheaters and I really want them to develop a weekly ranking system so they can penalise the players that don't play regularly.

Ninja Gaiden 2 - 360 - I can never get enough ninja action but will this be as good as...

Devil May Cry 4 - PS3/360 - A mate of mine who is a Sony playtester has mention that this is amazing and I really do hope so.

Lego Batman - 360 - This must be fun, SURELY!

Ouendan 3 - DS - Well, I had to stick one in where I can only hope!

P.S. Oh I forgot, I really hope that this is the year where the PS3 really takes off 'cause I must say that the PS3 so far for me has been the most disappointing console since PS2!

Problem is, PS3 is not as high spec as what people make it out as.

Games like PES, CoD4, Assasins Creed were not better on the PS3 at all and still the online infrastructure on the PS3 is sooo flawed.

Why do I have to re-add the people who are already on my friends list on PS3 PES8, just to play them?

The only game Im looking forward to in 2008 is WipeoutHD** Unfortunately im going to have to buy a ps3 to play it. MGS4 is looking nice, but im afraid its not going to live up to my expectations.

I want a Wii game I can relax to, something like Animal Crossing, where I can just take my time casually playing. Perhaps Eternal Blue will fit the bill but Animal Crossing for theWii would be perfect. Also want an epically long game like Oblivion on there. It doesn't have to a looker but some kind of RPG I can really sink my teeth into.

I hope Civilization on 360 and Wii and DS will be top class as I plan to own all three by the end of 2008. My favourite most addictive game on the move (DS), Live (360) and with amazing controls (wii). Who could want more ? True, a portable version of Civ would mean I'd loose my job but who wants to work forever ?

I don't want a really good PS3 exclusive that appeals to me. I can't afford another console in both time or money and if Sony keep insisting on having good games on it I don't know how I'm going to resist. Hopefully Metal Gear and Final Fantasy will find their way on the 360. I know as soon as TeamICO release a new game the PS3 will be under the tv. Any chance they're working on a PSP game instead ? I already own one of those.

One more thing. A 360 that works. That would be nice.

So far there isnt really much that appeals to me on the 360 lineup for 08. I think the PS3 is gonna end up being the machine i spend more time playing next year, a great line up of full retail games and PSN games.

A brilliant pro evo on all machines.

I don't want any differences between any platforms. Although if they do a ps2 version I want the next gen and pc platforms to have surperior graphics than ps2.

Also I want all versions to have 2v2 or more and the online community mode that ps2 has had. Join peoples groups/community chat/ freinds list/ competitions etc.

Not to much to ask for like.

Resident evil 5 - We've had very little info about it and 2 trailers that don't explain much. It's probably gonna end up 2009 release (specially if they change it during development which is likely with RE) but I'd love for a 2008 release.

Smash bros brawl - played the last one to death. absolutely cannot wait for this one. Looks 10 times better than melee which was absolutely superb. Very high hopes for this game

New 2D Metroid - Wii ware or DS I dont care I just want a new metroid along the style of Super metroid. Come on Nintendo Please! The 3D ones are pretty good but they can't touch the awesomeness of the 2D games.

Devil may cry 4 - never played a DMC game before so gonna have to see what the fuss is all about.

ReMake 2 - So many rumours going around and with RE4 having sold so well (possible REUC I havent looked) I have strong hopes for a RE2 remake for Wii.

Master system VC - Come on Sega add this classic to the VC it had the best version of bubble bobble, it's own sonic games which are a fair bit different to the megadrive ones, some of alex kidds better games and the original wonderboy trio!

Gameboy/GBC VC - For DS (with a GBA SD card adaptor) or Wii I don't mind, I would love to be able to revisit the likes of Links awakening Dx, Metroid 2, super mario land 2, warioland 1-3, etc!

More great Snes games on VC! - Yoshi's island, super mario kart, mario paint, Square/enix stuff like SoM, FF, chrono trigger, mario rpg etc!

Classic Rareware games on XBL/VC - XBL would probably be better for online support for the likes of goldeneye, perfect dark, conkers bad fur day. etc. I think they should appear on both to make everyone happy

PN04, viewtiful joe 3 - Wii or Xbox 360 please

NEW zelda info - As Zelda TP was basically a port with tacked on controls it'd be nice to hear info about the next Zelda which is said not to follow on the traditional zelda style but be different.

Sonic 4 - Fully 2D either Wii ware/DS/XBLA and follow on from the best sonic game ever 'Sonic 3 + Knuckles' (Sonic 2 is not better. End of!)
Sonic rush wasn't bad but it still didn't have the charm of the earlier games and personally I didn't give a crap about the art style/look of the game.

Bubble bobble/rainbow islands - XBLA or Master system version on VC

Dead rising 2 - Better save system, in a locked down city/isolated island whatever... love the first one!

aah. this would be all kinds of ace and it *has* to be for the Wii. using the remote to perform Vanessa's acrobatics makes so much sense - a quick shake to the left/right for a spin, with a double-shake for a cartwheel and forward/back for rolls.

personally i'm wishing for some kind of Resident Evil game for the PSP, even if it's just a compilation. i'm not bothered about using custom firmware to play ripped PSone games, so some kind of PSP-specific reworking would make me as happy as Larry.

some more vertical shooters for the PSP would be nice as well - maybe a new Star Soldier or DonPachi/DoDonPachi release of some sort.
