best way to play racing games !

Burnout aside, I don't even like Racing games and my jaw dropped at that setup. I can think of a couple of our stores (where I work) old regular customers who wouldn't even ask the price before getting out their wallets. Pipe dream for me though.

That setup costs ?12,500, it was hown on the gizmodo website a few weeks ago. Problem is though, i bet Forza is the only racing game that can utilise multi screens. Seems a bit pricy for one game!

do all you people who insist digital input for steering is the way to go 'pimp' your Citroens or Fiats and remove the steering wheel to stick a d-pad in ?

Offtopic like but have you not noticed on this years proevo the D-pad stinks for whipping in high crosses out on the wing into the box?

Try to put curl on it and it go's straight to the keeper.

This kind of thing can be done yer common or garden PC with 3 screens and a 3-way video adaptor, Matrox Triplehead, and it's not just restricted to driving games, FPSs such as Half Life, even World of Warcraft can all output such an uber-wide display.

It can be done really cheaply too [compared to the Froza setup] bar the cost of the Triplehead card.
