There is an exclusive article with The Creative Assembly, the team behind The Viking: Battle for Asgard (also the front cover). Also there is a nice little feature called the Book of Puzzle Games.

Is ES out in the UK now then?

Has multiplayer heist missions doesn't it? Or are they just offline?

ES not out in the uk, I used www.entropay.com to get the US stuff

Regarding K&L it seems odd to do an online review of a game that could actually have been improved had it got a good online co-op mode!

It does have an online multiplayer mode called Fragile Alliance.

I hope their opinion of Paradise is off the mark, I really do.

What is their opinion of Paradise? I can only see a number (which to me indicates a good game). Hopefully my sub copy will arrive today.

I wonder if the relatively low score for Paradise (compared to EDGE) is because they review the online component separately. In the EDGE review they said how the single player didn't even hint at the marvelousness to be found on Xbox Live et al.

This is something that would put me off if I was considering a purchase - I hate the way that games now concentrate so heavily on mp and either cripple (see Halo 3 splitscreen) or remove the options for offline play (or rather, never develop them) so everyone has to own a console and be connected to live.

I noted GamesTM apology to Jade Raymond regarding the Assassins Creed review. They really should have seen that coming, either have the balls to stand by what is said or don't print it. Simple.

I didn't notice that, where abouts in the magazine is that printed?

Thank you sir A rather hilarious apology when clearly the comments made in the review were belittling her involvement in the development of the game.
