i'm free of xbl now (got shot of the 360). been back on counterstrike. none of this feedback bollocks. while it's fine when it works and sticks and stones and that, but it's still a bit disheartening to get bad feedback when it was just people being gits

The system contradicts itself. It comes across as being about marking people out that you prefer to play or not play with. The reasons I'd prefer not to play with someone could have nothing to do with them acting badly in the game so there shouldn't be a need to leave them feedback or for them to see a report of this feedback.

I play an online version of Catan on the pc which has a very simple system of red or green facing people, only you see this as only you need to know what you think of certain people.

I have had one for bad sportsmanship and one for bad or abusive language. even though I rarely use the headset and when I do it with friends.

The system is balls anyway, it doesn't really count for ****. There is a separate system for reporting real offenders anyway.

I dreamt I gave Paulos loads of bad feedback last night, woke up and felt a bit guilty >_<

I don't know whether to be pleased or horrified that you've been dreaming of me Spags! Was any Spagic released?

Its very possible, I keep seeing those hexagons when I blink so I could be actually dreaming all this now still sat in front of HeXic...in which case I just dreamt that Paulos had a semi he was nursing...BigKenny.jpg!!1

Could any one tell me how to check my feedback, to see if any has been left? I've been on 3 stars since I bought my 360.

                        Thanks

you can't check feedback individually like on ebay or something, but if you press the xbox button and then i think go to your profile (just press A once the lefty bit has slid into view) then i think it's there under 'view rep'.

it'll tell you the percentage of people who preferred, avoided, or didn't choose either

I've had stars dropped for no apparent reason, but my feedback shows as 100% positive.

I wish you could ban or leave bad feedback for cheating sf2 players who use tick moves, or constantly do the hundred hand slap with Honda.

                              they're the best, though!

tbh i'd much rather fight a hundred consecutive skanky sf2 players than one amazingly-wicked player who quits at the end.

you can just choose 'avoid player', it's the easiest thing. i don't know if it guarantees you'll never play that person again or what, though

Avoiding them doesn't mean you'll never play them again, it just reduces your chances of getting matched up with them.
