    Ico Q

I swear that player 2 can control Yorda on the second playthrough, yet it doesn't seem to be working for me.

Can anybody shed some light at all?
    Kept you waiting, huh?

Which version are you playing? I seem to remember it is the only the PAL version that had the 2 player option.

Same as the light sabre weapon is only in the PAL also I think

I'm playing the JPN version, which the PAL version is based upon. Do I have to turn it on in the options or something? I've noticed that the text is now JPN instead of the fantasy text from the first play through, but Yorda doesn't respond to the 2-up control pad at all.

From what I remember you don't have to turn an option on or anything. You just complete the game and wait for the credits to end. When you get control of Ico, look for the girl near the seashore. A save prompt should appear after the final ending. Save the game and restart to have the girl playable via the second controller.

It's PAL only I'm afraid. There were also some minor changes to the level design made to accomodate the secret area with the light sabre IIRC.

It does work in the JPN one. I had to start a new game, then reset, then start a second game under my original saved game. I also got rumble working with my DS3 too, which is nice.
