Xbox360 exclusives?

Can anyone please tell me what exclusive games(good AAA titles) are coming out this year that are only coming out on the 360, ones that spring to mind are Fable 2,GOW2 and Ninja Gaiden2 (not sure this wont be coming out on PS3 at some point) Reason i ask is im considering getting a PS3. My elite 360 this evening has packed in this is my 3rd 360 and im sick of having to repair/replace and its getting expensive, plus lots of other things are starting to bug me about it too but wont go into those Just want to know whats ahead to help me decide to jump ship or not.
