Page 18 to be precise. James Baker's collection sucks IMO. He doesn't even have a 1st rev. Saturn or PS1, there's no PS2 HDD unit, and his MD is Asian. I don't see a Mega-CD (or any variants), and there is no Quickshot Supervision.

I reckon there's far better collections here TBH. Rathbone CEX had better stuff on their shelves circa 1994. What say you?

I'm no judge of collections, but I thought it was interesting - I wondered how long it would be before the same guy turned up in the pages of Retro Gamer. It's also an insane amount of money to pay for a bit of plastic - $15,000 - that's more than I've earned in my entire life!

I miss the old collections section in Games*tm , I love looking at other peoples junk/collections

Yeah, it was good, Always resulted in one of three reactions:

1. SUPERB! Want want want!
2. Meh ... not my thing, not bothered.
3. GASHTASTIC! What a load of toss - I've got better stuff

They haven't done it in GamesTM for a long time, maybe even since Strider (Darren Jones) moved over to Retro Gamer full time. I don't think they even do it in Retro Gamer any more.

Well it's a UK one in a white box. Hardly from the realm of collectors' items (IMO of course, wouldn't want to annoy anybody).

Anyway, I'm scared now that you've posted so I'll prolly stop adding any more to the thread. I might get banned or something because somebody doesn't agree with me or nicks my stuff and I get the blame

..from what I remember, the Asian version shares more in common with the PAL model than the Japanese one.

The pad is different, they output in RF (or at least some of them did) and I think some of the later Japanese releases didn't work on it, despite the slot being shaped to take the Japanese cartridges (awaits correction).
