Skies of Arcadia: Why should I carry on?

I tried to love Arcadia too but like you just got sick of it. Something just felt "off" about the whole game.

Grandia II was the DC's best RPG (not that there was a lot of competition) if you ask me.

Skies of Arcadia is the most overrated piece of tripe since [another Sega 'classic' I can't mention for fear of a lynching].

You're talking about Shenmue, right (no, I love it personally).

I loved Skies, was very different to the other RPG's I played but admittatly while I wanted to own it for the DC, I ended up buying it for the GC. The game had a lot of charm, I had recently got into One Piece so I was in a piratey sort of mood and the air combat was cool in its own right. Musical score was one of the best parts (I kinda loved Zack and Wiki for the same affair).
