Please make a HD version of Out Run 2006 Coast to Coast!!!

OK, so I still have my PS2, but I can't play the dam thing on my PS3 as it's not compatible!

Surely all Sumo would need to do would be convert the PC version!

Anyone else agree, or do you all just think I'm mad???

It's probably the game I play most and I really love it as it's just a quick 'pick-up and play' type game.

        Or 2006 on Xbox 360...

Would be nice to play a proper HD version, though.

It's basically Sammy running around in the night with Sega's skinned face as a mask like some kind of videogaming Ed Gein these days.

I share your love for the game. It's such a feel good experience - and a joy to play. It has that Sega magic, that has rarely been felt this decade.

It's a shame that it doesn't work on the PS3. I guess that Sony have stopped doing updates to the backwards compatibility?

I recommend the PC version - as it runs really well on moderate systems, and can look fantastic.

It doesn't really make much difference whether your PS3 scales it or if your TV scales it really.

I hope they do release some sort of HD version of OutRun 2 be it the original or Coast to Coast.

I've got the Jap version of OutRun 2 SP (basically C2C without the online stuff) and, although it looks okay scaled up to 1080p alot of the visuals can look quite blurry.

Come on SEGA, do the right thing!

You know it's out on Steam for PC, right?

                            Play it on that!

It does look juicy in higher resolutions.

You can pick up the pc version pretty cheap online, think I got mine for a fiver on ebay. Handy little no disc patch so you dont need to faff about with discs. Have it installed on my HTPC, great time killer waiting for tv programs to start.
