I'd never heard of this till I had the pleasure of playing it on Final Burn. Easily my fave scrolling beat-em-up ever. Brilliantly surreal characters, "properly" executed special moves (more like SF2 than FF)... just a gas.

Aliens vs Predator is my favourite Capcom scrolling beat em up, Punisher is superb aswell - check em out if you get the chance.

AVSP is pretty cool, couldn't really get into Punisher though. I'll give it another bash at some point though (when I get bored of BC).

Because it's a scrolling beat em up blud Scrolling beat em ups are "shallow and repetitive"


I'll never forgive the lack of an AVP release - the combos and juggles in that game (specially with Predator Warrior) are just sick. You know about stuff like: (attack-attack-attack, 28attack, slide, shoulder cannon) There's air combos too, and the Lt Kurosawa has a savage fireball attack and juggles! Punisher is wicked man! They dont make games that blatantly ghetto anymore! Cadillacs and Dinosaurs is heavy too, you flossin Xbox Final Burn?

Nah, just grabbed the PC version of FB which is schweet.

Just going through the list alphabetically, but got stuck for a few days on BC
