Well I read the content of the GTAIV review and it is utter drivel. I'm actually quite surprised. It reads like something from gamefaqs, only proof read (sort of, it gets a character name wrong) and with the lols and net speak removed.

The Zombies Ate My Neighbours feature is good though and I really like the Bowser article.

Might have to get this, I kind of want to read that Banjo article. I really didn't know what to make of that trailer at first, but am steadily warming to them vehicles.

The World Ends With You is worth every ounce of that 9. It's immense.

Bizarre seeing another 10 for GTA. Great game but something about all the 10s doesn't sit right at all.

If GTA 4 doesn't deserve a 10 then what does? A 10 doesn't mean a game is without flaws.
It means it excels and pushes the boundaries of it's genre.

And, for me, I don't see how GTAIV does that in ways GTA3, VC or SA didn't. Like I've already said, I can understand someone giving it a 10. What I can't understand is everyone giving it a 10.

But, when it comes to GamesTM, the score is actually far less of an issue than the content of the review, which is godawful regardless of the score.

The cover is gorgeous and the VP and BK previews are a good read. Looking forward to both games immensely.

As much as I can't see what the fuss is about with GTA4 I wouldn't say it's not worth a ten because I know a lot of people will enjoy it immensely and think it it. A lot of people didn't think Gears of War was worth a ten but it's still an awesome game that I really enjoyed. Just because it's a ten doesn't mean the jackbooted videogame thought police will beat you into submission because you don't like it / don't want to play it. At least I hope not :unsure:

Regarding the retro pages, I quite like idea behind the character profiles they do but I wish they wouldn't blow the sprites up so big. This month's bowser and koopas are a good example because I couldn't make out what the hell it was unless I squinted really hard.
