SPM Game Freezes everytime :/

Hi can anyone please help me, I am up to the mansion where you check the rooms and after i check the rooms i go to the girl and it freezes everytime :-(

Is there anything I can do?

I'd really really appreciate advice.

I think you can also get a replacement disc from Nintendo, but who knows how long they would take to send it out to you!

Well..I'm up to chapter 5 (1 days play) i'm definitely going to finish it this time. I'll offer it for sale as it is but obv explain the bug on the disc.
