Where can I get a save file for WE7:International?

I want player names etc to be in English. GFAQs only has a save for the US version, but I have the JPN game.

You need to register but they have loads of great stuff for WE and Pro Evo...

Kezz from the Evo-Web Fourms did one ages ago, you could try asking him over Evo-Web still if he still as it. The links I found pointing to file are now dead >_<
