I found Macross Ace Frontier for Y500 at Book-Off! and it has been consuming my evenings. So easy to say "well, I'll just replay a mission with a different mech this time, it'll only take 10 minutes..."

Managed a couple of hours on MGS: Peace Walker [PSP] and as it is the first MGS I have properly played I am very impressed. Nice and easy to dip into for 20 min at a time which is exactly what I need at the moment. Already I'm planning on tracking down the previous MGS games for when this is done.
Had a blast on SMG2 [Wii] for 20min and to be honest I don't feel any real pull bringing me back. Cruised to 90 stars with little effort, and though I will get 120 eventually it hasn't got me hooked like the original did.

Another shout for the excellent MGS Peace Walker. Like parkinho mentioned, it's ideal to play in short blasts. I'm playing a mission or two in bed just before I nod off.
After somehow losing my save, I've started a new playthrough on Demon's Souls. Just beat Phalanx. Love the game.
Other than them, the usual Socom and FIFA World Cup on PS3 are being played online.

Mostly been playing 'The Crashtastic Secret of Monkey Island' on PS3. It's froze my PS3 like a bazillion times.
Superb though. Stupidly hard, but loads of really great dialogue and 4th wall breaking topness. Love it.
My second Monkey Island game after the uh....PS2 one. Which I loved but this is clearly miles better.
Been playing little bits of SMG2, too.

Have discovered a website that helps with the porting of games onto Mac. So have been playing Dungeon Keeper!! Loved this game in the day and still fantastic fun to play. Also ported my Steam version of Secret of Monkey Island SE over to OSX and playing a bit of that. Other than that, working on my vanquisher in Torchlight.

Currently its:
Super Mario Galaxy 2
I'm now up to 123 Stars and back into easier territory. I've got to say it, some of the last world levels aren't quite there but do border on.... poor design. That said though it's felt like a smaller game than SMG1 despite being clearly bigger but that might be because of how much I powered through over the weekend. I'm hoping Red Seeds Profile turns up this week so this will go back to being my secondary game and I'll slowly mop up the stars and unlock the last secret.
Everything or Nothing
Finally started the more retro content and I can see why these games were not of great rep during the EA derided years. It's phenomenally short for what once cost ?40. That said, all these years and only a couple of quid later... I love it! You can pretty much whitch your brain off and it's set piece after set piece. A fun joy plus being back on a Cub pad =

So I finished Red Dead Redemption at 100% and absolutely loved it. I've had a pretty glitch-free experience, which probably helps. I also downloaded the co-op pack and have really had a lot of fun with that too. Again, relatively glitch-free. In fact, it's crashed once and that's all I can think of.
I then went back to Half-Life 2: Episode 2 to finish that off. I did enjoy it, but I think going for the Little Rocket Gnome and Neighbourhood Watch achievements dragged it out even longer and sucked a bit of the fun out of it. Glad it's all done now.
After finishing that I went on a spending spree in Forza 3 and got the Connoisseur achievement. I also bought some of the pretty cars just to look at. I did like the garage idea in PGR so you could stroll around your Lamborghini or Ferrari garages, shame that's not on here.
Finally, after seeing the video for Devil's Third, I had an urge to play a bit of Ninja Gaiden 2. Wow! I'd forgotten what a solid, beautiful, detailed and fun game this is. I only play it on Way of the Acolyte because I don't want to be rage-chucking the pad across the room and actually feel like a tooled-up super ninja!
If you've toyed with playing this, you can get it second-hand for a fiver and it's well worth a punt at that price.
