Got my old Megadrive out and i'm playing SOR2 and Sonic and Knuckles.

Beat Hells Highway. Very good game, with some real standout moments; flank right, get my attack team to throw a nade, then watch Nazi?s get blown to pieces in slow motion.

Over the past 10 days I've completed Nier and Devil May Cry 4, now I'll reward myself with No More Heroes PS3..

Both games had annoying bits, but neither were too bad. Nier was actually pretty good in retrospect.

I ordered X-Blades so I'm gonna grind that after No More Heroes. haha

I found DMC4 to be quite weak compared to the brilliant DMC3. Somehow the characters felt a bit heavy and slow for me but I still played through it a few times.
A friend of mine managed to 1000G it...a very hard achievement considering you have to beat Bloody Palace.

This week I have been playing:
EDF - enjoyable but short for a non-EDF fan (lets not go there again guys!)
Pokemon Black - Best Pokemon game to date. So fresh and loving the moving sprites during battles also everything seems much more streamlined.

And watching my girlfriend play Oblivion. For hours lol.

Yeah, after Nier having the R2/RT dodge - in addition to the brilliant Bayonetta having it the movement in DMC4 did seem stiff.

I don't play for achievements really, only got the beat the game on Devil Hunter mode and a few others.

I think I'm giving up on Half-Life. Might start Dead Space 2 tonight instead. Dug out my GBA Micro and I've been playing mostly Sonic Pinball Party - got a really urge to play is and, bizarrely, managed to find it without having to tear the whole house apart. It's a great little pinball game. While not flawless (wrong music on a Nights table) and the Sonic stages are based on the GBA game rather than the classics, it has great fan service, plays really well and has loads to do to keep then tables interesting.

They totally should have made a sequel.

And how come Pokemon Pinball ended with the GBA? That's another great.

MAinly Tales of the Abyss on 3DS. The main character is far too Luke Skywalker-whiny though.

just started back to the future but before that its been shadows of the damned some dragon's lair odd bits of Final fantasy 13 and some DS and PSP games

Almost finished Dead Space 2 on PS3 - in that - I'm at the final boss and am severely under supplied but there's no way to buy any ammo or supplies.

I remember I had a similar problem with the Xbox 360 version and it made me quite angry.

Wasn't intending to, but with Goldeneye still in postage limbo I turned to Mass Effect 2.

Love the atmosphere and conversations, but I can't help but wish I could skip the combat. Without it it could be a proper p+c-style adventure.
