Are the NES games in PAL animal crossing full screen and speed?

I asked this sometime last year, though didn't get a reply so thought I'd try again (though that may be because of my odd decision to post it in the console section..).

I'm thinking of securing one of those gamecube retro hori pads and AC to play the nes games, but only think its worth it if they run at full speed n screen. Also, it being a gamecube game, does it mean that the nes games can run in rgb? (dunno if it helps but i got a UK pal cube and UK official rgb scart cable).

Yeah the games will run through RGB The only gripe I have with GC running NES games, is the native res of the output is still 640x480 meaning you get interlace removing the sharpness of the pixels.
