I think the information is partly stored on PSN, so maybe not. Haven't tried deleting a save file, but you could give that a whirl.

I dont think you can delete them.
I have my main account on a few friends PS3 to share content and when I was round my friends playing SSHD, it synchronized the trophies so I believe it is tied to your PSN.Comment
