The dev said a while back that they couldn't find a publisher so it is on indefinite hold while they raise money doing contract work.

Don't know why I didn't think to check any UK sites, but it seems Play.com have it too, whereas VG+ / Tronix don't... hope it's getting a US release, as I don't like PAL DS cases and am rather anal about these things

Oh, I found there was some SimCity DS mentioned for November in US of this year but it was called something like SimCity Creator or something and I only found one mention of it so have no idea if it's the same game as the JP SimCity DS 2.

I remember the talk of Gradius VI going to PS3 almost made me buy one... JPN WiiWare gets Gradius Rebirth this Tuesday, if you meant that though.

Pretty sure it's different - this has some shots of it (シムシティ クリエイター) and it's a Wii title.
