OOOh. So this was released recently on Playstation Store US. I live in Europe and have a US console, but how do I add money to my WALLET. Entropay doesn't work... GOD.

Get a JPN PSN card and get Rockman 9. It's in full English.

It was also released on the European store (UK version at least) so if you have a valid card you could just download that.

If you don't have a HDTV, don't buy the UK game. It won't run.
