Does anybody here only play USA games?

I do, don't buy PAL due to the white spines. Call me anal, but it's all about the design.

As i am getting older, and have less and less time for gaming, i rarely buy Japanese now, so it's US all the way.

I very rarely buy a UK 360 game second hand off here, but sell them on once finished, which is really out of the ordinary.

For the record, have never purchased a UK Nintendo game.

OK, in that case I used to buy Japanese and US games for the Cube and DS but since my Japanese Wii has brought me nothing but pain I tend to just get PAL 360 games from Woolies.

Back on topic, for me nope i swing the other way & pretty much do only jpn but now that my wii has all region playing im getting okami. no more heroes & we cheer

I pretty much only buy US console games now... just prefer the designs and the price for me is usually cheaper. Plus it means I can be elitist to my friends.

If its PS3 games, I buy PAL or US, because there isn't much difference, wii (although I don't buy any for it) is PAL. I don't own any handhelds anymore, and uh. The only stuff I buy that is japanese, is JAMMA PCB's because they have little to no text you need to read, plus most of that is in english anyway.

For Wii USA only
For PS3 PAL then USA then Jap (IF necessary)
For XBOX PAL and any cheap Region free USA title on trading folder if necessary.

This generation make it less necessary than previous generation.

yes all my gamecube are us titles and also my ps2 are usa with a few exceptions in japanese devil may cry 1-3 and silent hill 2-4

They are, but the time you get the shipping in then I'm guessing the difference is minimal.

Ah, yes, I forgot to factor that in - I buy mine from Play Asia usually, who ship to Japan for free.

Did you play the JPN version of No More Heroes? I played through it no problem then bought the US version to play it uncensored when I got the Gecko region-free thing on the Homebrew Channel.

My DS & PSP games are nearly all US versions, although with ASDA doing pretty cheap DS games, I'm using them a fair bit now. PS3 games tend to be PAL (unless there's no PAL release date), as using the GAME reward card + Quidco brings the price down.

Haven't purchased anything PAL (such a sad and depressing word) since I gave up on the home computers of the early nineties, A500/1200, after seeing the PC ENGINE and MEGADRIVE - both running at their native speed.
Until MASS-SUICIDE of the X360 forced my otherwise US/JAP import leanings to be put on hold.
Didn't want to import a potential disaster, so I waited while microsoft revised and revised, cut down the chipset - and extended the warranty. Still the RROD continues, but Halo 3 is out and I still dont have one. Better do something quick getting left behind. Bite the bullet and buy a UK model.

To buy only US would mean missing out on a fair number of decent titles that only come out in Japan. However, if they do eventually come out in the US, I'll sell and buy US so I can understand the words. Thus my GC collection started off heavily Japan, but now only has a sprinkle of japan titles left.

No i refused to get the japanese version as i hate having massively censored stuff & that was too much as it borders on the stupid, Now that the amazing region changer homebrew thing works fully, im gettinf a few games i have wanted in english.

All my Wii stuff is US/Canadian - better picture quality reliability being the major factor. Hence, I switched my PAL GC collection out for the US versions.

All my SNES stuff is looking likely to be US (with occasional JPN exceptions).

Otherwise it's a case of pragmatism. I only have a couple of US 360 games - Halo 3 (because of the language on Asian copies) and Hitman Blood Money (because it was cheap).

I only really play on the PS2 or PS1, and almost all of my games are US.

I've got the odd Jap game but not much PAL.
