I've been thinking about picking this up for awhile, i keep hearing it was a good game on the saturn that i missed. So is it worth picking up for ?15 on the ps2? I'm asking around here, i'm usually a bit more impulsive but i don't want to end up wasting money and never playing it. As i'm a fan of Mystery Dungeon and other games like it, so i know what i'm getting myself into.

Is that the one where you have to die frequently (to progress the story), then be sent back to the beginning with your stats reset? I heard it was initially soul destroying, but got better and better due to the randomly generated rooms, treasure and stories.
Mind, that's only the random witterings that float around my head, culled from a few reviews read months ago. I could be way off! -
My brother picked this up a few weeks back and he's been loving every minute of it. The story is surprising dark and very well told the character design is also very surreal but well done.
Well worth a pick up, but it is very very hard, especially at the start of the game. What prinnysquad said is pretty much spot on about the game, but I would certainly recommend it if you?re a fan of Mystery Dungeon and in fact I would recommend it to all RPG players just because of how dark and unique the story is.
Problem is, it is one of the harder Mystery Dungeon games me and my brother have every played.Comment
