    PSN Entropay/CC problems

Ok, so i need help, big time.

I was just sitting on the playstation, looking through my wallet so i see that i had a Mastercard Gift Card on there. I thought sweet, more money. Had no idea how much was on it, so i went online and checked. It said $30 AUD. So i go to xe.com and check in US dollars how much it is. It says $20. Go to entropay to load and their stupid fee sends it over. I thought no dramas, i will just load it directly to the ps3. And this is where the problem starts. . .

Ok, so i update my CC info and load the $20, bought a couple of songs (for RB), and than tried to swap my account info back to my entropay card. It reads "The Credit Card Information cannot be updated. Check Your Playstation account information and than contact techncal support for assistance" I craped myself. So i tried my Gift card. Same thing. Tried an older gift card, same deal. Made a new entropay account. Same thing. What is going on!!! Man my Rock Band experience DEPENDS on this. Anybody know what to do, why its doing this or anything? The only other thing i did, was change the zip code. It was a made up number and i put in a real alaskan one. Please help, i'm dying here. Anybody have any idea? I know Entropay no longer works but i thought for older users it does. And why would my Giftcard not work, when 2 minutes prior it did?

I presume the fact that you changed your payment method means that to PSN, trying to re-enter the old details is treating it as a new card and as you say, new Entropay accounts are no longer accepted.

so if entropay now dosent work is the only way you can buy things from the US store with a PSN card, ill be gutted when mine expires.

Do Entropay cards themselves expire? I've changed my card details within Wirecard and they're fine within the US PSN, but I'm not sure I'd have the same amount of luck if I were to try to register a new actual Wirecard. :/

This is another of the reasons I'm picking up more and more UK stuff. No confusion/risk on this kind of thing. Still, PSN cards are becoming much more widely available, just that you'll be locked into buying specific values, rather than just adding what you need for whatever it is you're purchasing.

I dont mind adding specific values at all, my entropay expiers 01/09 so i think im going to load up with a few hundred dollars to keep me rockband happy next year.

Ok but lets forget entropay for a minute, my Mastercard gift cards are no longer working. And i used them to fund my wallet before it started mucking up. Its when i tried entropay and that didnt work, and than tried the gift card again, nothing worked. Now heres the really frustrating part:

I just made another 2 US accounts, and BOTH, yes BOTH accepted my Mastercard Gift card! Man i have no idea whats going on and need some help. The only thing i did was change my postcode, but as i said, it still loaded the gift cards. Is there an email for sony anywhere? I dont wanna get stuck with buying PSN cards.

Just a thought, Sony would not of blocked it or something would they? I mean whats

"The Credit Card Information cannot be updated. Check Your Playstation account information and than contact techncal support for assistance"

Supposed to mean. It just refuses ANY credit card. Where when i create a new one, it works fine.
