Recommend a 2 player gun game for Wii?

After my recent trip to Japan, me and the girlfriend found there was a type a game we could enjoy together (when I wasn't getting stuck into the Street Fighter IV machines) and that was the gun game. Mainly Silent Hill Arcade actually. I don't really play these type of games, but I'll make the effort and get some for her on the Wii so we can play and shag later.

    Any recommendations?

      Agreed.

Also Resident Evil:UC for a more adventure like experience. Always better fun with 2 people

Ahmen to that but what about 3? hahaha

If you have a PS2, I think Time Crisis 3 is cool. Confidental Mission on the DC is good too but for the Wii GS and HOTD

Ghost Squad FTW. Party modes innit. And if you want to get fired up for the after-gaming events, there's an unlockable mode where all the baddies are girls in bikinis and you get a water pistol instead. Interestingly, the water is affected by gravity, so for girls in the distance you have to aim up. With your pistol. etc.

Cheers for the recommendations, fellas. Also, do you think I should get some Wii Zapper gun frame things to add to the experience or are they sh*te?

IMO, the Wii Zapper is just a bit of fun - it doesn't add greatly to the playability. In the case of Resi Brolly Chronicles it's more of a hinderance than a help (makes it a bit more difficult to reload). Ghost Squad only uses a couple of buttons, so the second player can just use the Wii-mote on its own.

I'd recommend you try before you buy, but I bought one on its own for £9 and don't regret it!

Soz to hijack the thread, but out of curiosity how many light gun games are there on the Wii?

                  Goose Squad

I have to agree with this, I completed the game in 2-player co-op and was a real treat Definately recommended. Was great playing through old Resi area with a twist, too.

Cool. Think I'm going to have a look at HOTD and Resident Evil : UC. The girlfriend favours the monster/zombie shooting over the serious special-ops or terrorists in 90's clothing style. Me too for that matter.

With getting these, I may wait on trying out the Wii Zapper. Would you say the Zapper isn't really essential to enjoy these games?

I have a Wii Zapper for Ghost Squad and a "handgun" style shell for other shooting games where it is better to use the wiimote by itself.

Got it from Gameseek and it is very nice. Will try and find out what it is later.
