Help with SC4 character creation and psp emus

Hi,

I had no idea where to ask this so please forgive me if it's on the wrong part of the boards.

Basically, in Soul Calibur 4, everytime I try to customise a character for use in the tower mode, I get told the equipment selected doesn't have enough skills points. It's quite frustrating, can anyone advise me?


Secondly, I am trying to play Ninja Masters on my psp but most of my Neo Geo roms don't work, can someone advise me, please?
