PSN Billing information

Has anyone else had trouble updating their PSN billing information. My card expired so I'm trying to update the billing information to the new card. This is a UK maestro card for a UK PSN account exactly like I was using before, however every time I try it tells me the details are invalid. I've tried dozens of times making sure my address matches what my bank statements say exacly then dozens of variations with no success. Does anyone know a way around this?
