Can I buy JPN DLC with points card?

I have a JPN free account setup with new machine so if I track down a points card (any help on that one appreciated) would it work or is the machine IP locked (in UK) to stop me even with a JPN account as Im after the Raiden IV DLC.

Bought some off ebay got em straight away. My silver expired today on JPN account and I just got asked to put a address in for JPN (proper JPN postal code) soon as you do that it adds the rest of the address automatically and then gives you the points no problem and off I went to get my Raiden IV ships (fairies baby ).

The myth also about not being able to buy content with a silver account is also now busted lol

What is Raiden IV DLC is this for game or add on ?

As it says Raiden IV DLC as in DLC content for Raiden IV lol Its 2 ships 80points for each ship.

Theirs also 2 BGM tracks for gorgeous for a whopping 800 points total if that floats your boat (did me).

Never heard that myth, but it is indeed bollocks. Seeing as how a silver account doesn't let you play online, that doesn't leave much that it actually would have offered. I suppose there's demos.
