NTSC Socom Server Question

Will I be restricted to US servers if I buy a NTSC version of Socom or will I be able to access both EU & US?

I have friends on the US servers but wish to play on both.

I'm on a PAL machine using US download of the game and today I've played on US, European and JApanese games completely fine.

yeah the serverlist is populated by all games from all territories-I often play on the east coast of the US servers.
