I've received my copy of Fallout 3. The cellophane was stuck to the box, there is no manual, the box says NTSC and the disc says PAL. It won't play.

Have I been stitched up big time by some Asian pirates? I reckon so.

We shoot ourselves in the feet with our constant quest to get the cheapest unit price sometimes, forgetting that included in the price must be good customer service for when we need it. Not really specific to this thread. Just something I've wanted to say for a long time but not bothered.

Yeah, agreed. I have a set of online retailers I buy from now that I've been using for a while, and while they're not always the cheapest place to bag a bargain I know their service is consistently good and can be relied upon if things go wrong.
