What game was this? (XBLA Preview)

Over a year ago a game went up on XBLA Community preview which was a side scroller which was mainly black and white and you ran about with a pair of meat cleavers and was so so so so much fun (front page of Daily Mail here I come).

Some reason I think The Cleaner but cannot find any reference to it, did it ever get released?
